Desi Ghee

To get rid of the unbearable pain of migraine, put 2-2 drops of pure desi ghee in the nose daily.

Clove Powder

If there is severe pain in the head, then mix salt in clove powder and drink it with milk.


Mix honey in 1 teaspoon ginger juice. Drinking this mixture gives quick benefits. To relieve the pain of migraine, drink ginger in tea or keep a piece of ginger in the mouth. Consuming ginger in any form is beneficial.


It is such a spice, which along with increasing the taste of food, also successfully treats migraine. Grind cinnamon with water and keep it on the forehead for half an hour. You will get relief soon.


Heat the oil lightly. Massage the part of the head where there is pain, with light hands. Along with head massage, get the massage of hands, feet, neck, and shoulders.
