Mix honey in 1 teaspoon ginger juice. Drinking this mixture gives quick benefits. To relieve the pain of migraine, drink ginger in tea or keep a piece of ginger in the mouth. Consuming ginger in any form is beneficial.

Cinnamon

Massage
